UXG U.S. Gold Making Progress in Nevada And Mexico, Institutional Demand Is Apparent

U.S. Gold is showing impressive results from its aggressive drilling campaign in Mexico as I have expected and predicted. Analysts are beginning to recognize the magnitude of a major silver discovery in Mexico.  The resource estimate to describe the El Gallo discovery is coming out in the second quarter.

Technically the chart is showing impressive accumulation and a clear breakout today.  I expect continued strength and a major move to new highs past the 3.50 area.

I am continuing buying shares at this level expecting a major run into new highs.

They may also find more in Mexico outside of El Gallo:
Preliminary blast hole drilling will commence on the Texcalama property in Q2. We have already submitted the necessary permitting documents and arecurrently waiting for their approval. We recently commissioned a third drill rig that will be used to test some of our grassroots exploration targets, such as Texcalama. The initial rock-chip samples are very positive, with a strong showing for gold and silver. El Gallo was discovered on the behest of a positive rock chip sample, and we hope to repeat this with some of our additional prospects.
